Meet Our Pastors
Pastor Walter and Francis have been married for nineteen years and have two teenage kids. Growing up, both served in their local church which continued through their adult life. Pastor Walter and Frances felt the call of God upon their life to spread the good news and set forth to open Vision Paraiso in 2003. Both desire to see people come to Christ wholehearted and help develop their gifts so everyone can make a difference in the world. Pastor Francis enjoys teaching the word of God but her greatest joy is mentoring other young couples along with the help of her husband.
